You have attended an induction, now you are ready to get moving with care & concentration, building layers of precision as you build your foundation.
With some fun too!
All levels are welcome, just if you are experienced, please be patient.
Mixed group
New evolution through June!
Building slowly & safely from L1, with layers of progression & co-ordination.
Still positive instructor support leading your opportunity to progress if wanted - always option to return to foundation moves

Level 2
You can confidently move through the L1 class, feeling ready to add more effort to your movement, adding more layers of co-ordination.
Incorporating more flow with smooth transitions. sessions to confirm these areas and discuss your readiness with the instructor before attending this group.

Perfect for any level.
For those seeking a personalised Reformer experience.
These sessions allow your instructor to dynamically adjust sequences to match your pace and ability in real time. It is the perfect opportunity to discuss movement goals in detail and ensure you get the most out of every session.

Private sessions are suitable for one or two participants under a single booking. If your guest is new to the studio, they must also complete a health questionnaire and waiver before participating. Please encourage them to attend an induction or contact us for these forms in advance.
